Shipping and Returns
Orders normally ship within two business days of order. Our warehouse in Sparks, Nevada does not operate on weekends so please do keep that in mind that if you have a rush order.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email within 24 hours. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellations must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Any order cancelled after processing and packing will have a 20% cancellation fee charged to the customer.
ARCADIA HOME products are hand-made and may have some variation in color, texture, dimension, and finish. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept it for return for a credit card refund, exchange, or credit. However a return authorization request MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Any items returned after 10 days are eligible for exchange or credit only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept returns on Special Orders. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
If you need to return an item you must obtain a return authorization number. You can use the Contact Us form, email email@example.com or log into your account to schedule a return. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return authorization # and advise you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price and original shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of items received to correct any error in shipping.
Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense, or a 20% refurbishment fee will be assessed. Please include the return authorization number with the return. You must ship the item back as we shipped it to you - in the original packaging. Items returned damaged will not be accepted and exchange or store credit will be denied. You will receive a return confirmation email upon receipt of authorized, non-damaged goods. Shipping of returns is at the expense of the customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please make sure you ship your return by a trackable method.
